We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to protect your information. Employees are authorized to access your information only when they need it to provide you with assistance to maintain your registry. Our employees are bound by a code of ethics that requires confidential treatment of your information They are subject to disciplinary action if they fail to follow this code.

How we manage information and when information is shared

WorldPerc is made up of a number of associated casting companies and their vendors, the directors, producers and other companies searching for people, like you, to include in their projects. WorldPerc may share your information among our companies if, and only if, you have prior knowledge of the project and have expressly agreed to participate in the process.
We may share your information outlined in this policy with companies that work with us. All companies that act on our behalf are contractually obligated to keep the information we provide to them confidential, and to use the information we share only to provide the services we ask them to perform for you and us. These companies may include production houses, advertising agencies, corporate in-house productions, public/governmental production concerns, etc.

Safeguarding your information

WorldPerc recommends that you take the following precautions to guard against the disclosure and unauthorized use of your personal information:
• Never provide personal information (including Social Security numbers or account and credit card information) over the phone unless you have initiated the call and know with whom you are speaking. A Social Security number will be required only if you are auditioned. Do not include it in your registry.
• Memorize personal usernames and passwords.
• Make sure your information is accurate.
• Keeping your information accurate and up to date is very important. You have access to your account information through the internet 24/7. It is your information and your responsibility to keep it current.
